Casa Salute presents itself as a living, pulsating architectural organism, combining aesthetics and sustainability in an innovative project. Built entirely with solid NUR-HOLZ wood, without the use of nails or glues, this building is not only an example of ecological architecture but also a manifesto for a new concept of living, capable of producing more energy than it consumes. With its Casa Clima Gold Nature and Passivhaus standards, Casa Salute represents a model of energy efficiency that breaks away from traditional conventions. According to Architect Marco Sette: "I sought to enhance the natural beauty of the place, creating a building that perfectly integrates with the landscape and reflects a new way of living in harmony with nature."
Located in the picturesque countryside of Magrè, the project is designed to maximize solar exposure, with a curved shape extending southward, promoting natural light and heat. This architectural gesture is not only functional but becomes the building's distinctive feature, creating a visual and sensory dialogue with the surrounding landscape, which includes vineyards and the Adige Valley. The structure consists of a main wedge-shaped body, where offices and a showroom are located on the ground floor, with large glass surfaces that ensure optimal brightness and direct contact with the outside environment.

At the heart of the building is an elliptical staircase, surrounded by wooden columns that evoke the shape of trees, serving as an organisational element for the interior spaces. This central feature creates a sense of fluidity and continuity, allowing visitors to experience an atmosphere of warmth and well-being.
The materials used are all natural, from the breathable lime-based plaster to the wood fiber insulation, creating a healthy and comfortable environment. The choice of an air-water heat pump, integrated with a system of micro-capillary tubes, optimally manages heating and cooling, reducing the environmental impact. Additionally, hybrid panels on the roof generate hot water and electricity, making Casa Salute a concrete example of active architecture.

In summary, Casa Salute is not just a building, but a new way of conceiving living spaces, where every design choice is guided by respect for the environment and the desire to create spaces that promote human well-being. This fusion of architecture, nature, and innovation represents a significant step toward a sustainable and harmonious future.
